Data Analyst – Goldenwest Credit Union (June 2016 – Present):

Manage aspects of the financial corporation’s Data Warehouse platform. Build and maintain data load processes (ETL) from multiple external sources. Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to visualize and/or track KPIs for individual departments. Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify new business opportunities. Worked on a variety of special projects such as analytics for grants, profitability analysis of potential new products or processes, tax record cash flow break down for business customers, create tools to calculate and track bonuses every quarter for all employees, and more.

Maintenance Worker- Logan Preferred Property Management (April 2015 – December 2015)

Provided outstanding customer service to hundreds of customers, exceeding their expectations while solving their home maintenance issues. Used real time problem solving skills and time management to be effective and efficient.

Volunteer Missionary- Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (April 2013 – April 2015)

I voluntarily served in Suriname preaching the gospel and doing service for the people speaking Dutch. I developed skills such as diligence, patience, good time management, compassion, and the art of listening.

Customer Service- Transport Alliance Bank (January 2013 – April 2013)

I quickly learned and assisted customers with their banking needs. I solved complex issues using strong communication and analysis skills.
